In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering a responsive, resident-focused maintenance service. The position is primarily reactive and planned maintenance, working within social housing and FM environments where professionalism, communication, and first-time fixes matter. You will be responsible for attending day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and minor installations while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Scottish regulations.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects at SOLIS. The role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational aspects of projects, ensuring efficient communication between clients, engineers and internal teams.
The Project Coordinator will manage scheduling, prepare quotes and invoices, and ensure that all job information is accurately recorded and updated within the SOLIS portal.
