The current Aberdeen store required a refresh due to a new store layout and new concepts that they were developing.

The facility became fully operational on 28th January 2019, producing enough energy to power the equivalent of 26,496 households and heat the equivalent of some 8,000 homes, in addition to delivering a saving of 90,000 tonnes of CO² every year.
