Our client is an established brand with more than 500 years of history, from its beginning as a postal service exclusively for the King and his Court to the international delivery service it is today.
Challenge
SOLIS Group were tasked to supply and fit Remeha gas boilers and REZNOR space heaters across 3 national delivery sorting offices and distribution centres across Glasgow and Lanarkshire. Remeha heating and hot water solutions are increasingly more efficient, effective and sustainable. These are the type of boilers that SOLIS Group would recommend as we are always striving to reduce our clients' carbon footprint as well as ours.
Solution
Mechanical installation as part of an upgrade of the heating system. The project involved the replacement of the existing boilers and installation of new REZNOR gas space heaters. Gas pipes had to be resized and designed with full flushing and dosing of boilers and associated radiators included.
Impact
All 3 centres had their heating systems upgraded within the project time frame and with more energy efficient heating solutions that will reduce running costs and reduce carbon footprint.
