SOLIS provides ongoing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services for the largest pub company in the UK, which operates over 4,800 managed, leased, and tenanted venues nationwide.
Our continued partnership supports the client in maintaining safe, efficient, and visually appealing hospitality environments across their vast estate. In such a fast-paced industry, even minor equipment failures can disrupt service and impact revenue, so proactive maintenance is essential.

DELIVERY

SOLIS delivers a structured PPM programme designed to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend asset life. By scheduling regular inspections, testing, and maintenance, we ensure all venues remain fully operational and compliant with industry regulations.

Our services include:

  • Fire Alarm Testing – six-monthly inspections and weekly operational testing in accordance with legal requirements.

  • PAT Testing (Portable Appliance Testing) – examination of electrical appliances and equipment to confirm safety and functionality.

  • EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) – comprehensive inspection of electrical installations by qualified engineers to identify potential risks of fire or electric shock.

  • Emergency Lighting (EL) Testing – annual full testing and monthly ‘flick’ testing to ensure compliance with UK fire safety legislation.

Our technicians work continuously across all venues on planned schedules, coordinating with management teams to ensure minimal disruption to trading operations.
