OCS are a facilities services company that oversee a multitude of various sites across the UK. Services provided include but are not limited to hard services, cleaning and PPM maintenance. We have helped cover a wide range of sites from The Falkirk Wheel, Fife Colleges, Queen Margaret University and Royal and Ancient Golf Club House.
Challenges
In working in tandem with OCS, SOLIS have been faced with many challenges stemming from reactive callouts to fix leaks, clean AHUs and configure BMS panels. Investigating heating and cooling issues within various sites and critical failures within plant rooms to name but a few.
Solution
We have met these challenges well by reacting quickly to callouts and resolving even quicker, diagnosed issues with ac and proposed and implemented higher efficiency and better performing solutions and we have replaced large gas boilers within plant rooms with smaller electrical boilers.
Impact
The impact of our work is clear as our swift reactions allow businesses to stay open for trade, our mechanical and electrical solutions have increased efficiency and performance as well as decreasing emissions and maintenance costs for clients.
