This ongoing partnership supports OCS, a leading facilities services company responsible for a wide range of sites across the UK. Services delivered include hard services, cleaning, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Working closely with OCS, SOLIS provides technical and reactive support to key locations such as The Falkirk Wheel, Fife College, Queen Margaret University, and The Royal and Ancient Golf Clubhouse.
DELIVERY
Our team has successfully managed a wide variety of reactive and planned works, responding to issues including leaks, AHU cleaning, and BMS panel configuration. We have also investigated complex heating and cooling faults and addressed critical plant room failures.
To ensure long-term performance, we have replaced large gas boilers with smaller, high-efficiency electrical alternatives, improved air conditioning systems, and introduced energy-saving upgrades across several sites.
Regular maintenance and system monitoring are scheduled to maximise efficiency and asset longevity.
IMPACT
