SOLIS Group is proud to announce that it has officially become an accredited Living Wage employer, reinforcing its commitment to fair pay and the wellbeing of its workforce.

By joining the Living Wage Foundation, SOLIS Group has committed to paying all employees at least the real Living Wage a rate based on the actual cost of living, rather than the government minimum. This move reflects the company’s belief that hard work should be rewarded and that financial security plays a vital role in employee wellbeing.
