SOLIS Group Secures Innovate UK Funding to Drive Innovation in Social Housing

SOLIS Group has secured Innovate UK funding to support the development of innovative technology designed to transform the way building conditions and assets are monitored and managed across the social housing sector.
Working in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU), SOLIS is developing an advanced solution combining IoT sensors, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to provide real-time insight into building conditions and asset performance.
The technology is designed to help housing providers move from reactive maintenance towards a more proactive approach, allowing potential issues to be identified earlier and supporting better decision-making, improved asset performance and better outcomes for residents.
The project builds on SOLIS Group’s commitment to using technology and engineering expertise to deliver smarter, more sustainable facilities management solutions. SOLIS already combines SMART technologies and machine learning with predictive maintenance to help clients improve the reliability and efficiency of their assets.
