In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering a responsive, resident-focused maintenance service. The position is primarily reactive and planned maintenance, working within social housing and FM environments where professionalism, communication, and first-time fixes matter. You will be responsible for attending day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and minor installations while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Scottish regulations.

Job Vacancy: Project Coordinator
As part of our continued growth, SOLIS Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects at SOLIS. The role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational aspects of projects, ensuring efficient communication between clients, engineers and internal teams. The Project Coordinator will manage scheduling, prepare quotes and invoices, and ensure that all job information is accurately recorded and updated within the SOLIS portal.

SMART Buildings R&D Engineer (KTP Associate) (1FTE/FTC 30 months)
KTP Associate will be an employee of Glasgow Caledonian University but will be based at SOLIS Group with regular supervision meetings with the University’s supervisory team. This is a full time/fixed term opportunity for 30 months An additional £5,000 training and development budget is available for this opportunity.
