We’re proud to share that SOLIS has secured the Lightning Conductor Maintenance, Servicing & Repairs contract with Queens Cross Housing Association for the period February 2026 – August 2029, with an option to extend for a further two years.

This marks our second successful tender win with Queens Cross Housing Association, further strengthening a valued and growing partnership.
Under the contract, SOLIS will deliver a comprehensive lightning conductor service, including:
Biannual inspections and testing in compliance with BS6651
Preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacement of faulty components
Reactive maintenance during normal working hours
Provision of test certificates and detailed repair records
 Management of a planned 12-month servicing programme, including  access coordination.
This appointment reinforces our commitment to safety, compliance, and reliability, ensuring lightning protection systems across Queens Cross Housing Association properties are maintained to the highest standards while safeguarding residents and buildings alike.
